Jed Lehrhoff

I'm a senior at Horace Greeley High School and a co-founder of Vantage Recruiting.

I played lacrosse at the start of high school, and that's really where this started. I saw firsthand how broken the process was for players trying to get in front of the right coaches. So much of it came down to guesswork: who to contact, what to write, when to send it, and whether anyone on the other end ever opened it.

Building this alongside Zac showed me how much better it could be with the right tools. Recruiting should not come down to who has the most connections or the most time. We built Vantage so lacrosse players can get in front of coaches without the process getting in their way.
