Josh Bloom

I'm a co-founder of Vantage Recruiting and a student-athlete at The Haverford School, home to one of the country's best high school lacrosse programs. I've played there through a deep, competitive roster, and before that I played year-round club with NXT Lacrosse.

Between school ball and elite club, I've seen both sides of recruiting: the doors it opens, and how much of it comes down to organization. Athletes end up juggling coach lists, emails, highlight film, recruiting calendars, and follow-ups across half a dozen platforms, all while trying to figure out where they actually fit.

I helped start Vantage to put that in one place. Find coaches and programs, build a profile, generate outreach that sounds like you, see when a coach opens your email, and stay on top of the deadlines that matter. It's the tool I wanted while I was doing it myself.
