I'm the founder of Vantage Recruiting and a first-year at the University of Virginia. I played lacrosse at Horace Greeley High School, where I was a captain, and club with 2Way.

I went through recruiting myself, and the hardest part was never the lacrosse. It was the spreadsheet of coaches, the emails rewritten five times, the film I wasn't sure anyone watched, and never knowing whether silence meant no or meant the message got buried. Every player I knew was running that same process from scratch, alone.

So I built the thing I wanted at the time. Vantage is one platform made only for lacrosse: a coach database spanning every division, outreach written in your voice, tracking that tells you when a coach opens your email, and a timeline that tells you what to do in your grade. Josh, Jed and I are building it for the players we were, and for everyone going through it right now.
